Linguine Semolina pasta cooked Al'dente , sauté with fresh Mahogany littleneck clams fresh Gilroy garlic and seasonal garden fresh Oregano  , served in white wine sweet butter , lemon cream  sauce , garnished with Chef Shaved aged Asiago cheese and chiffonade of fresh basil.
