Roasted Lamb Chops - feeds 2-4


Product Description

Center cut Lamb loin chops marinated in olive oil, fresh mint, and roasted garlic, then herb crusted and slowly seared to medium rare. Served with a raspberry demi glaze with pomegranate bits. Served with winter roasted root vegetables, red beans and rice.
